How we start
It begins with a free consultation, in person in Kelowna or over a call. We look at where your business is now, what your customers are actually searching for, and which of these services would move the needle soonest. Sometimes that means a full retainer. Often it means fixing one thing first, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than selling you the biggest package.
Serving Kelowna and the Okanagan
We are based in Kelowna and work with businesses throughout the Okanagan and across British Columbia, including West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon and Penticton. Remote collaboration is straightforward for most of the work, and we are glad to meet in person when you are nearby, particularly for shoots and planning sessions.
Can I start with just one service?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with a single shoot, a website build or Google Business management, then add services once they can see the return. There is no minimum bundle and no lock-in. Retainers run month to month and you can cancel any time.
What does a monthly retainer actually include?
It depends on the tier, but every retainer covers an agreed scope of content, ongoing management and regular reporting, with a direct line to the people doing the work. Local Presence at $1,150 covers eight posts a month, Google Business management and light web maintenance. Growth and Authority at $1,850 adds Reels, SEO articles and fuller optimisation. The full stack at $3,500 adds paid advertising and quarterly production shoots.
